I’m very excited to announce the launch of my new business Spearhead Coaching Services Ltd. I’ve spent a lot of my career leading people and helping them achieve individual and team goals. I have led and helped many businesses grow to sustainable levels in very challenging environments and times. I’m very passionate about growth and winning at the individual and organisational level. All of my accomplishments have come from hard work, dedication and commitment to my customers and to the many people and teams I have led. One of my proudest accomplishments came from my last two roles where I was successful in:

- Team restructure to improve engagement and better use of resources.
- Developed a high-performance culture and systems design for business sustainability.
